Professional, affordable and FAST needed a busted window replacement on a Rainey day, price was fair and they got it done ASAP

I filed a claim with my insurance after something flew up and hit my windshield while driving, causing a long crack to form. The next business day, AGN called me and setup an appointment within 1 week. I was about 10 minutes late due to traffic and felt bad, but they were super kind and got me in right away. I waited in the lobby and just worked on my laptop while they replaced my windshield. Everyone I spoke with here was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. The technician was great and did a great job, and the person who took my payment was great and fast. My windshield looks great and so far, no wind noise at all. I hope I don’t need another windshield replacement, but if I do, I will call this place without question. I highly recommend.

I would have gave 5 stars….. technician was awesome showed up on time did outstanding work better than I expected the lady doing the appointment was very nice and knowledgeable everything went as smooth as it could. The only reason. I gave 4 instead of 5 was the cost was 150 more than I was expecting. (This could be a misunderstanding on my part ) but the quote was for 350 and it was 500. So yeah, other than, that, again it could have been my misunderstand, it was great. The window is perfect it looks great. Thank you auto glass now you rock!!!

Found them through ChatGPT. Top recommendation in my area (95116). They picked up the phone promptly, gave me a reasonable quote, I paid nothing more, the tech was friendly, job looks great, was done fast at my house. Highly recommended.

The appointment was done on time and professionally. The only feedback, and 4 star review, that glass shards were left in the passenger side vent. Also shards in the console cup holder. Otherwise, I will recommend this shop to others. Thanks, Lee Walters
